Preparation
Before you visit, you can fill out an intake form through email to save time. We also strongly encourage our patients to write out information about medical conditions or prescriptions, as well as any questions. Finally, you should wear loose clothing.
Location
We're located in the North Memorial Minnetonka Medical Center, on the south side of Highway 7. You can take the elevator or stairs to find our office on the second floor in Suite #225.
Parking
Because we're inside a large medical center, we have lots of free parking available at the front of the complex.
